DRL envisioned building an OTT platform enabling education and engagement with healthcare professionals to make timely, informed decisions for patient care.
QED42 partnered with Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories to design and build a digital engagement portal for healthcare professionals to access high-value medical resources content tailored for their various practice needs.
We leveraged our design system along with Drupal 9 multisite architecture and ACSF for enabling multiple multilingual rollouts for different geographies.
Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories realized that it needed to connect digitally with HCPs in a more meaningful way. Their aim was to enable continuous learning via a single interface that offered unbiased and relevant medical information for HCPs that is available for reference 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
Designing the HCP Platform
Our team of designers adopted a lean UX methodology to collaborate with the DRL team at every step of the process: Discovery workshop, User journey, Wireframes, UI design, & Prototyping.
Research & insights
The design workshop helped establish the user flow and user personas for doctors and pharmacists. The user-journey mapping outlined how different personas would utilize the features in different use cases based on the initial insights from the immersive workshop and desk research.
Wireframing & Concrete Design
We created preliminary wireframes and concepts for transitioning between two types of experiences across the platform, one for text-based experiences and the other for video-only experiences. We leveraged our design system for high-fidelity screen designs.
DRL partnered with QED42 to design and build its HCP engagement platform. To better understand DRL’s requirements, QED42 adopted a lean UX methodology to collaborate with the DRL team at every step of the process: discovery workshop, user journey, wireframes, UI design, & prototyping.
QED42 proposed to design & build a master site with two interfaces, one catering to video-based content and the other for text-based content. We leveraged a Design System, multi-site architecture powered by Drupal 9, and Acquia Cloud Site Factory, and a set of carefully curated features for engaging with HCPs across emerging markets (collection of 20 odd countries) with rich content.
The multi-site architecture with a centralized content hub enabled the DRL team to publish and distribute content effortlessly to multiple digital experiences while ensuring geo-specific compliance.
Acquia Site Factory’s user-friendly interface powered DRL to deliver a seamless customer experience across multiple websites, accelerated time to market by rolling out country-specific websites rapidly, and enabled easy deployments and feature rollouts.
The self-service HCP platform leveraging Drupal 9 & Acquia Site Factory has revolutionized the approach for engaging with HCPs across the country and enabled the DRL team to scale and personalize their experiences effortlessly.
