Be conventionally unconventional. Be the jack in the box. Be the bent that nobody expected. This seeds into optimizing processes and also blowing them out of the water. This also means reimagining experiences. Do not be afraid to view from a different lens, just because a certain thing is being done a certain way does not necessarily mean it’s right. But be prudent. If you have succeeded in optimizing something that is set and/or showed a partnership that could not have been thought of, you have succeeded.
If you see the way, take it. Take charge of everything under your realm and don’t hold back if you see something outside of it too. Be the shoulder your team / the organization/the client needs. If they can rely on you with eyes closed you have succeeded. This is superlative to ownership. If you think you need more feedback to grow, ask. If you think a solution can be delivered better, advise. If you think a process needs betterment, tell. If you have less on your plate, get more. If you have more on your plate, prioritize or delegate. We are here to grow together, a stick will break - a bundle will not.
Be Cohesive & Coherent
Cohesion is collaboration. This is cross-functional and within too. You will deliver better together, create better relationships, and create fostering relationships. While you are creating collaboration, communication is the pillar to get there. Authentic listening is where ideas are created, egos are slashed. If you do not see a playbook to get something done, create one. If you see information dissipated, let’s bring it all together. Most importantly, do not reinvent the wheel. Ask, it may already be solved.

How can I prepare for my interview?
First, carefully review the position you are interviewing for and research what is required for that role. Research on QED42 and how the job position fits with QED42’s mission and objectives. Keep all the required information organized and handy. Lastly, prepare thoughtful answers and examples defining your strengths for the interview. It’s a good idea to get adequate sleep and nutrition before your interview.
How does the QED42 hiring process work?
Our hiring process happens in 3 phases.
1. Application & Screening - Where you submit your application and we screen it to approve or not for the next round.
2. Technical Evaluation Interview - Where we will interview you to evaluate your technical and/or other required skills.
3. Management Assessment - Where we will assess how you fit into the QED42 culture and projects.
The final step is the Decision. Once you apply for a position, our People Practices Team will apprise you of each step of the process.

Does QED42 offer remote work or flexible working arrangements?
Yes. We do offer remote work and flexible working arrangements as we believe in allowing our employees to shape their schedules to do their best work. We do expect some hours of crossover with the team for communication and access to information, instructions, projects, and support.
